The Legion makes extra efforts to make everyone feel welcome, and my aunt Esther enjoyed the artisan who teaches Aboriginal/Indigenous arts and crafts. My aunt is Indigenous and this kind effort along with the residents' welcome make for a positive transition to an assisted living home.
