Nestled within the Legion Manor Victoria grounds, our seniors' rental housing complex offers comfortable, affordable, independent living in a peaceful setting. The community features 78 one bedroom, self contained apartments set across five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
Our community offers paved roads, sidewalks, laundry facilities (coin operated), open surface parking (a fee applies if it is available), some guest parking and beautifully landscaped grounds. Residents in the independent living apartments have access to all of the amenities offered at Legion Manor including a common library, unisex hair salon, pool table, and private dining room. Residents are always welcome to participate in any of our activity programs such as exercise classes, church service, crafts, bingo, happy hour and much more!
Each apartment or cottage in our independent living community offers a living room, kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and a small storage closet. The apartments have all been renovated, maintained and are tastefully decorated with carpets, matching linoleum and window coverings. The kitchens are equipped with ample cabinets for storage and a refrigerator and range.
The monthly rent for our independent living apartments is very economical and are available to seniors who have a gross monthly income of $3,500 ($4500 for a couple) or less. Please contact us for our current monthly rate and information on our waitlist.
Our family is so thankful for the Legion Manor. I could see mom aging backwards as she was able to engage in more and more activities. The staff are so caring and thoughtful. We are lucky to have such a great option for seniors in our community.
